The survey reveals that 91% of respondents believe generative AI can lead to efficiency improvements, with 27% perceiving a significant impact. The vast majority of companies primarily use off-the-shelf generative AI solutions, including productivity applications with built-in generative AI and enterprise platforms with integrated generative AI.
